Operational Honours October 2013.
Congratulations to all those service personnel granted honours in todays list. Remember we supply all honours in miniature form, several in sterling silver. We can also provide sterling silver copies for wear so you can keep the original in its case of award.
September is nearly here and we know it seems very early to think about Remembrance Day, but it is only just around the corner. Now is the time to check your medals and see if they need cleaning or remounting.
So if they need sprucing up get them in early and avoid the rush in October!
Edward VIII was due to celebrate his coronation on 12th May 1937. Due to his abdication on 10th December 1936, the coronation that took place was for his younger brother who became GVI.

NATO medal for Libya now approved for wear.
UK personnel are now permitted to accept and wear the NATO medal awarded for Op Unified protector. The seven month campaign was a NATO operation and is therefore marked with a NATO rather than UK medal.
